The working group economics (formerly: working group economy) exists since April 2009 and deals with the topic economics in the landscape architecture office.

The following main topics were dealt with in the past year:

Statements on award procedures

In 2021-2022, written comments were again submitted on several award procedures, in which deficits in the procedure or excessive demands were clearly addressed. In some cases, our suggestions were taken into account. We involve the relevant state chambers in our statements and also try to obtain interventions from them.

Colleagues who encounter problematic award procedures are welcome to contact AK Ökonomie. We are currently working on a handout for colleagues on how to deal with sub-threshold contract award procedures and on supplementary demands from companies on the grounds of disturbance of the basis of the contract pursuant to Section 313 of the German Civil Code (BGB) due to the war in Ukraine.

Interested colleagues are welcome to contact Karsten Standke at k.standke[at]standke-berlin.eu for information on current topics and meetings.
