Landscape architects from around the world will be welcomed to Dessau on Wednesday, May 24, 2023

Landscape architects from all over the world are welcomed by the regional group in Dessau. The Association of German Landscape Architects BDLA did not miss the opportunity to personally welcome the more than 50 speakers from 20 countries, who will participate in the 24th DLA-CON Digital Conference of Landscape Architecture at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Dessau on the eve of the conference, despite the hybrid conference format.

On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, speakers from leading universities, such as Harvard, Pennsylvania, Columbia, Cornell, Georgia, Utah, Shanghai, ETH Zurich, TU Vienna, TU Munich and University of Hamburg will first from 16:00 in front of the Bauhaus auditorium with the exhibition contribution to the "Sponge City Quedlinburg", followed by introductory presentations on the status of the EU project "New European Bauhaus" and the discussion on the contribution of landscape architects to the "New European Bauhaus".
The kick-off event organized by the BDLA with the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will end on Wednesday at 9:00 p.m. with a two-hour concert by the blues rock band DOCTOR VICTOR from Prague on the theme:
"Landscape Architecture, We Rock it!!!

The dialogue with all those interested in the sustainable development of our cities and landscapes is free. The international dialogue will be largely in English. Due to the limited number of places, please register under dates at www.lsa.bdla.de
