BDLA-DGGL 24.08.2024 - Regional group meeting Saxony - Thuringia - Saxony-Anhalt

Invited by the two regional groups BDLA and DGGL from Saxony-Anhalt, around 30 people took part in the meeting at the LAGA in Bad Dürrenberg. Landscape architect Sven Reuter led us through the grounds along the imposing graduation tower in temperatures of around 30°. Fortunately, there were plenty of shady spots in the historic spa gardens. Afterwards, we had a picnic in the Weinlaube, where we had time to chat, make new contacts and Heike Tenzer, consultant for garden monument preservation at the State Office for Monument Preservation and Archaeology, gave us some interesting insights into the planning process.

We would like to thank Mr. Reuter, Ms. Tenzer and the Weinlaube team and look forward to the next meeting in 2025, perhaps in Saxony.
