bdla bus tour: Designing, building, maintaining and renovating natural nursery gardens and playscapes

On a tour in an electric bus, we will visit newly designed or transformed open spaces in the city - all of them pilot projects for climate adaptation and the sustainable transformation of our urban living space.

Friday 23.8.2024, 8.30 - 16.00

The training shows best practice on the topic of new construction of near-natural play spaces, renovation and optimization, near-natural construction methods and design proposals for intensively used daycare centres. We will visit four current examples in Dresden, always with guided tours by landscape architects, and we will also take a look at children's participation and everyday pedagogical practice.

We are accompanied through the projects by the designers and those responsible for use, care and maintenance.

After the tour, we exchange ideas again for the final picnic.
