Central German Student Competition

The bdla regional group Saxony was in charge of the competition.

Topic: Werdau... Preserving old, thinking new

The task of this year's ideas competition was dedicated to the design of the lido at the Koberbachtalsperre.

Result:

The competition works will be publicly exhibited on 1.8.2020 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: at the Koberbach-Centrum Langenhessen, Seelingstädter Str. 7, 08142 Werdau OT Langenhessen.
Guided tours of the exhibition will be offered by the awarding authority at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m..

The bdla Student Competition Central Germany is offered by the bdla regional groups Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.

The cross-state competition was initiated to deepen the cooperation of the professional association with the educational institutions and to strengthen the professional commitment in the interaction of the regional groups.

Students at the central German training centers for landscape architecture (TU Dresden, HTW Dresden, Hochschule Anhalt/ Bernburg and FH Erfurt) are eligible to participate. The professors of the universities are involved in the bdla student competition Central Germany and can offer the competition task as a study project.

In order to give the participants the chance to get an insight into the work of the jury, the previous year's winner will be invited to the jury of the following year as a voting member.
