Job Description

We are a young, 7-person landscape architecture office from Jena and have been working on the entire field of open space and object planning since our office was founded at the beginning of 2017; starting with the open spaces of educational institutions, city squares, historic open spaces and residential environments, but also conceptual planning.


We are now looking for a new team member with a degree and professional experience in landscape architecture. We are looking for a person to focus on phases 5-8, but also for the other service phases of the HOAI.



We attach great importance to a high standard of design, sustainability, attention to detail and enjoy developing ideas. We don't just write participation and intensive exchange into our portfolio. Through regular discussions and coaching processes, we have developed a common mission statement for collaboration and actively implement this in our day-to-day work. Components include, for example, collective decisions on capacities and project acquisition. We have also developed a common understanding of how we want to work with each other and with others. As an office, a pleasant working atmosphere, a good exchange with each other and an understanding as a team are particularly important to us.

We offer:

- An open-ended permanent position

- 37.5 hours/week in flexitime

- Performance-related pay in line with the ADAI salary scale

- Company vacation from 24-31 December, in addition to contractual vacation



We work with Vectorworks, ORCA AVA, the entire Adobe Design Suite and the common Office applications and expect good knowledge of these programs. Complete planning in 3D and the integration of BIM are important steps for us in the coming period.



Possession of a driver's license would be desirable. Furthermore, it is advisable not to be afraid of or allergic to dogs. Our office is located in Jena East in a former glazier's workshop with its own office garden.
