New edition of the AHO booklet on the awarding of freelance services published

The 2016 reform of public procurement law has necessitated a fundamental revision of AHO Booklet No. 35 "Awarding of freelance services in the construction industry".

In the new edition, sections 5 "Planning competitions" and 6 "Special regulations for the award of architectural and engineering services" of the Procurement Ordinance are explained in particular. In addition, the award guidelines of the Federal Government such as HVA F-StB and RBBau are considered. A separate chapter is devoted to the services and remuneration of the supervision of award procedures.
