In almost every major outdoor facility there are technical installations - power lines, water pipes, lights, ducts and others.
Often these are also installations that have nothing to do with the outdoor installation, but only cross it and serve houses or other structures. When planning the outdoor installation, one must inevitably deal with these installations, even if the technical details are handled by a specialist planner.
Although all this is actually self-evident, a discussion has arisen in recent years as to whether cost group 540 (technical installations in outdoor facilities) is chargeable in the fee for the planning of outdoor facilities.
