The Building Land Mobilisation Act came into force on 23.06.2021. In an online seminar on 01.07.2021, the consequences of the law for landscape and open space planning will be presented exclusively for members of the bdla.
The Building Land Mobilization Act, as a so-called article law, amends the Building Code, the Land Use Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance.
