Training event on questions of construction technology and construction management in open space planning at GaLaBau 2024
As part of GaLaBau 2024, International Trade Fair for Urban Green and Open Spaces, the bdla invites you to a half-day seminar on questions of construction technology and construction management in open space planning. Experienced experts from the profession will report on current topics.
Kathrin Scharsich from the Staatliche Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt für Gartenbau (State Teaching and Research Institute for Horticulture) in Heidelberg will talk about how to design "pollinator-friendly planting" to safeguard and promote species diversity and biodiversity in urban areas. Martin Belz, Senior Expert, CityArc, Freiburg, knows all about "Really green buildings in the city" and will share his practical experience from the planning, construction, care and maintenance of façade and roof greening projects.
Elke Hornoff, from the Department of Structural Engineering at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, presents "Basic static considerations for supporting structures". Sascha Hatje, Team Leader Sales OTTO DÖRNER Kies und Deponien GmbH undamp; Co KG, Hamburg, will explain the "Practical significance of the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance on the recyclability of mineral waste" in his presentation.
The event is aimed at landscape architects as well as garden, landscape and sports field construction companies.
Participation is free of charge - as is the subsequent reception at the bdla stand in Hall 3A - and registration is requested.
