Since 1996, Bavaria's largest annual exhibition of Bavarian architecture, the Architektouren, has offered exciting insights into how buildings, open spaces and urban development projects are created.

Architects, landscape architects, interior designers and urban planners can still apply to the Bavarian Chamber of Architects with their projects completed in the last three years for the "Architect Tours 2019" up to and including 31 January 2019.

"The tour dates on the last weekend in June have now become an attraction for people interested in architecture. They offer a unique opportunity to talk to architects as well as builders and users on site," explains Christine Degenhart, President of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects. Now the time has come again: The Bavarian Chamber of Architects is opening its online application portal for many exciting project proposals from all over Bavaria.

The projects selected by an advisory board will then be presented to the public on the weekend of 29 and 30 June 2019. In addition to numerous viewing dates throughout Bavaria, the popular "blue booklet" with all the selected projects, information and images, as well as bus trips, a children's programme and a touring exhibition will once again be part of the event programme.
