In the presence of numerous colleagues and guests from politics, administration and the planning and construction industry, the Association of German Landscape Architects (bdla) in Bavaria announced and honored the winners on Friday, 27 September 2024 at the State Garden Show in Kirchheim near Munich.

On 22 July, the Bavarian Association of German Landscape Architects (bdla) sent its statement on the draft law "First Bavarian Modernization Act" to the Bavarian State Chancellery.
It refers to individual changes in the Bavarian Building Code (§§ 12 and 13), specifically to the planned deletion of Art. 81 Para. 1 No. 5, as well as in general with regard to topics such as reducing bureaucracy, qualified open space design, the bundling function of the open space design plan, environmental, water and nature conservation aspects such as rainwater management, measures for climate adaptation and species protection, densification, scarcity of space, quality of stay and quality of life commented.
