Intact nature and landscape are more important today than ever. For all of us they are home, recreation and activity space, for the municipality action and design space. It is crucial for our future that the natural foundations of life such as soil, water, climate and biological diversity are preserved and strengthened. The municipal landscape plan helps with this task.
It presents nature and the landscape in their condition and proposes goals and measures.

The landscape plan offers answers to important municipal questions for the future, such as climate adaptation, soil and water protection, compensation areas, biotope networks and insect protection. In the project "Landscape Planning in Bavaria - Municipal and Innovative", we are working with committed cities and municipalities to further develop landscape planning with innovative concepts and building blocks.

With this digital symposium, the project invites all interested parties to inform themselves about the topic of landscape planning and to discuss relevant inputs as well as first project results with top-class speakers.
