The resolution of the photos should be at least 300 dpi (if possible, in case of emergency also less) and the explanatory text (Arial, 12 pt) should be maximum one DIN A 4 page long. The format of the posters will be DIN A 1 and will be kept neutral, i.e. only with the logos of bdla Bayern and Green City e.V., with the aim that this exhibition can be shown permanently in different communities for different events. We think that it is irrelevant whether behind the wall or the building of a green yard e.g. Passau, Würzburg or Nördlingen is. The graphic artist of Green City e.V. will layout the posters in coordination with the bdla Bavaria. We reserve the right to make a selection for the exhibition from the submitted works in order to present the most diverse situations and solutions possible.

It is imperative that we receive the release of the photos/texts for use for the posters from the client and you. The posters are to be made available to third parties for further exhibitions, as already mentioned. Of course, the building owners and planners should be named on the posters. It is also planned to produce an exhibition catalog in paper form, in addition to downloading it.

So that the posters can be hung up in time for A7, we need your photos/texts by May 15, 2022. Please send your work at the same time to bdla Bayern, AG Klima and to Green City e.V., Begrünungsbüro.
