This year, for the 15th time, the City of Munich is awarding the Honorary Prize for Good Housing 2023 to high-quality and innovative housing projects in Munich. The application phase runs until March 24, 2023.

The award is given to residential complexes and buildings that are innovative, flexible in their use, sustainable, and offer community-enhancing features. Distinctive spatial qualities, an attractive residential environment with usable private open spaces, diverse communication and recreation areas, and a successful connection to the surrounding area are important. With this award, the City of Munich honors the commitment of motivated developers, architects and landscape architects.
