At this year's general meeting of the bdla Berlin/Brandenburg, which took place on 10.09.2024 in the Schmelzwerk in the Sarotti-Höfe, Berlin-Kreuzberg, the new version of the statutes and the adjustment of the contribution regulations were adopted, among other things.

The model statutes for the regional associations provided by the bdla Bund served as the basis for the new version of the statutes.

Here are the most important changes to the statutes:

  • Change of name: bdla Bund Deutscher Landschaftsarchitekt: innen (bdla)
  • Name: in future state association instead of state group
  • Extension of the voting rights of junior members
  • Instead of a managing director, the regional association will in future have a treasurer on the board

The new version of the statutes and the change of the association's name to "Landesverband" are currently being applied for at the registry court. They will be published as soon as we have received the entry in the register of associations.

Changes were made to the membership fee regulations due to the change of name to "Landesgruppe" and the adaptation to the new membership fee regulations of the bdla association. In future, it will be possible for member offices to pay the membership fees of their employees. The aim is to activate the potential of employed colleagues in the offices to a greater extent in terms of professional policy.

The new membership fee regulations will apply from 01.01.2025. Further information for our members on the new membership fee regulations will follow!
