Many demands are placed on the urban street space: It should provide access to all properties, it should be freed from through traffic, it should provide a cold air corridor in overheated cities, it should have a quality of stay. At the same time, this public space, which is usually enclosed by buildings and therefore generally no longer expandable, should also accommodate new micro-mobility: Bicycles, rollators, cargo bikes, e-bikes, Segways, ground drones, autonomous small vehicles and the like.
