Living room, dining room, playroom, balcony and garden - the market place at Rabenberg will become a living installation for some time.

The unusual experiment aims to lure the residents out of their own four walls for joint activities, conversations and getting to know each other.

The project by Anna-Lena Heller and Mandy Hütter from Leibniz University, Institute of Landscape Architecture reproduces the layout of an apartment on the square, complete with basic furnishings. Exchange book shelves, pallet furniture, walls with pictures and play offers provide new occasions to stay. In addition, people from Rabensberg are invited to help design the "Raben-WG" with photos and decorations or a cake for the housewarming party.

The ideas and implementation competition "Nimm-Platz! Wolfsburg!" invited people to take a closer look at the neighbourhood square and looked for temporary projects, actions and installations that would encourage people to take a seat here. The aim of the project is to give the actually very beautiful place, which is currently lying in a kind of "Sleeping Beauty slumber", an impulse and public attention through a temporary project.
