Bremen wants to grow, Bremen is building, people are drawn to the city. It is important to create new and above all affordable housing - primarily in existing neighbourhoods as internal development. The quarters of the future should be climate-friendly and offer environmentally friendly mobility. Do we have to build on green spaces to achieve this? Do we need new ideas for the growing city within? How can "urban" quality be ensured? Areas such as the Plantage in Findorff are thus taking on a new significance. Living close to the city centre, the Plantage is to be upgraded in terms of urban development as a residential and service district. How this can succeed and how Bremen should plan and build for the future - this is the opportunity to discuss with Oliver Platz.
