"Phase eight" - that is the title of this year's "Garden Worlds", under which the North Rhine-Westphalia regional group has placed the bdla's nationwide series of events. The focus is on parks and open spaces shortly before completion.

The bdla nw thus offers interested professionals and the public the opportunity to view projects (phase eight HOAI) shortly before completion and final handover to clients and subsequent users.

For the first event in this series in 2017, bdla nw invites you to a public guided tour on Wednesday, 31 May 2016 at 5 pm.

Platz am Fürstenberghaus Münster:
In a prominent location close to the cathedral, the new LWL Museum, the archaeological museum and central buildings of the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, the new square in front of the Fürstenberghaus is being created as the first construction phase for the reorganisation of the open space around the Fürstenberghaus. The focus is on the creation of amenity qualities on the square, taking into account the listed tree population. In the second construction phase, a bicycle parking garage and additional bicycle parking spaces will create the basis for keeping the square free of unauthorized bicycle parking. It leads landscape architect Andreas Hegemann, planner group GmbH Oberhausen. Andreas Hegemann is one of the landscape architects from the planning office Planergruppe GmbH Oberhausen. Stadt-Natur-Park Flingern:
Since November, the award-winning design of the Stadt-Natur-Park Flingern has been realized on the former freight station site Grafenberg in Düsseldorf. A modern city park with various play and recreation areas is being created, incorporating relics of the former railway use. Industrial containers were converted into playground equipment. This play area will be supplemented by a parkour and slackline facility, among other things. The green space is accessed in a north-south direction by an urban promenade and a landscaped, curved path running parallel to it. It leads Matthias promotion, promotion landscape architects, meal.
