Ina Bimberg welcomed around 30 members and guests to the autumn meeting of the bdla nw on 22 November in the Baukunstarchiv NRW. The autumn meeting stands for interesting lectures and discussions.
This time, guest speakers on the subject of IGA Ruhr 2027 were Thomas Fischer, responsible head of department at the RVR, and Hoffschroer, urban planner and managing partner of Reicher Haase Assoziierte from Aachen.
Also on the agenda was the amendment of the contribution rules for junior members. The aim is to adjust and harmonise the contributions in the national groups. A majority in the advisory board, the highest committee of the bdla, had spoken out for new member rates of 25 euro for students and 75 euro for graduates. The change of the contribution statute with these contributions was accepted unanimously. The regional group now also issued a new flyer listing the advantages of membership.
Ina Bimberg emphasized the great commitment of the colleagues. This applies both to the work on the board and in various working groups and to the work in the NRW Chamber of Architects. The constructive and collegial cooperation contributes greatly to the fact that the voluntary work is not only fun, but also achieves good results.
Afterwards, the exciting lectures and discussions on the topic of IGA Ruhrgebiet 2027 began. The lectures can be downloaded in the protected member area.
