10th bdla NW GREEN-MIX-GARDEN competition for young talents announced

For the tenth time now, the regional group of the bdla nw, together with the respective management company of the North Rhine-Westphalian state garden shows, is holding a nationwide competition for students, graduates and young landscape architects. Rarely has there been such a great opportunity for young landscape architects to present their work to a broad public.

The competition task this time is the design of a garden at the State Horticultural Show Höxter 2023, which should focus on the use and combination of plants. As usual in the procedure, it is again a realization competition, the result of which is to be implemented together with the Landesgartenschau Höxter 2023 gGmbH after the conclusion of the competition. In addition to the chance of realization of one of the submitted proposals, prizes and recognitions in the total amount of 5,000 euros are available to the participants. This year's competition is being supervised by Martin Gasse, landscape architect bdla, Paderborn.

The competition is open to landscape architects (recommended age max. 35 years) and students and graduates of landscape architecture or garden and landscape architecture/landscape planning at German universities, as well as foreign participants if they are studying in Germany.
