This time, the competition task is to design a garden directly in the entrance area of the Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026. The garden is intended to fascinate visitors as a first welcome. As usual in the process, this is once again a realization competition, the result of which is to be implemented together with Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026 gGmbH after the competition has been completed. In addition to the chance to realize one of the submitted proposals, prizes and recognition in the total amount of 6,500 euros are available for the participants.
The competition is open to landscape architects (recommended age up to max. 35 years) and students and graduates of landscape architecture or garden and landscape architecture/landscape planning at German universities, as well as foreign participants if they are studying in Germany.
This year's competition is being supervised by Christian Jürgensmann, landscape architect bdla, Duisburg. The invitation to tender and competition documents can be requested from him by email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
