- Overview of the basic structures of waste law,
- Overview of the laws in waste law (KrWG 2017, AW 2016, eANV 2016, GefahrstV 2017, LAGA M 20, LAGA M 32, DepVetc.),
- Sampling according to PN 98 (LAGA M 32 or new DIN 19698-1),
- Soil relocation according to § 12, Para. 2, Sentence 2 BBodSchV,
- Various examination and declaration options according to LAGA List 97, LAGA 2003, LAGA 2004, Substitute Building Materials Ordinance, Federal Soil Protection Ordinance,
- Definitions (e.g. when is soil actually soil (AW = 170504) or construction waste (170107) or dredged material (AW = 170506)?
- What is hazardous waste (e.g., impregnated wood outdoors)?
- The electronic record ordinance for hazardous waste,
- Soil > Z 2 equals hazardous or simply geogenic background?
- End of waste property, When is waste no longer waste?
