The bdla has commented on the draft amendment to the Bremen State Building Code and the Bremen Engineering Act.
We expressly welcome the provisions in the amendment to the BremLBO for updating the climate adaptation strategy of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, which are now mandatory for the federal states to prepare in accordance with Section 10 of the draft Federal Climate Adaptation Act (KAnG) of July 13, 2023.
However, with these regulations on updating the climate adaptation strategy and the directly affected area of responsibility of landscape architects, it is essential to include a building submission authorization for landscape architects in the Bremen State Building Code.
