Implementation planning

Take over the execution planning, draw precise site plans and details in CAD and ensure that all planning aspects are taken into account

Material procurement and awarding procedure

Obtain quotes for materials and oversee tendering processes to ensure the best conditions for our projects

Project coordination and specialist planning

Coordinate planning decisions with all project participants and maintain close communication with specialist planners to ensure smooth processes

Construction management and supervision

Take over the complete construction management and supervision to ensure that projects are realized according to plan and to the highest quality
