At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as



Head of Department (m/f/d) Urban Greenery and Surveying



permanent and full-time. The position is currently classified according to pay group 12 of the TVöD - with development potential. In addition, the deputy head of department for your area is also docked here.



Your area of responsibility

As a manager in our Infrastructure department, you will be a coach, motivator and source of ideas (m/f/d) for currently eight team members. Cemetery management, surveying and, of course, everything to do with nature and greenery are assigned to the department head. This area is also supported by our "Central Services" with its Urban Greenery and Planting Planning department.



With us, you have the opportunity to rebuild and realign this area.

We also like to take unusual paths and support each other beyond our areas of responsibility. Strong communication skills, social skills and a lot of expertise are the key to success here - you should bring these qualities with you.



What you should bring with you

-A very good Bachelor's degree, preferably in landscape architecture, or comparable experience in this subject area

-Desire for leadership and the skills that make a good leader (m/f/d)

-You see digitalization and AI as profitable support

-Healthy leadership and resilience are important to you

-You can keep up with a fast pace and flexibility at all times

-New approaches and experiments are among your strengths
