technical clerks (f, m, d) specializing in landscape architecture, landscape planning, landscaping, spatial planning

Your main areas of responsibility

-Development of open spaces and open spaces (conception, development and management of implementation) in connection with significant urban development projects

-own responsibility for developing concepts for the development and redevelopment of allotment garden sites

-procurement and management of external engineering, architectural and construction services as well as freelance services (expert opinions, feasibility studies, public participation, etc.)

-Preparation of tender documents

-Preparation of documents for funding applications and the settlement of funding

-Conducting or accompanying public participation

-Member of the allotment garden working group for the nationwide development of the guidelines of the German Association of Cities for allotment gardening in the cities

-Contact person for the Duisburg allotment garden federation

-Drafting of documents for political committees and participation in meetings

-Public relations work and processing of citizens' enquiries



Your professional skills

-A university degree (Bachelor's or Diplom FH) in landscape conservation, landscape architecture, landscape planning or landscaping and

-at least 2 years of subsequent professional experience after obtaining the respective above-mentioned qualification



Your personal skills

-Professional experience in open space and open space development desirable

-good knowledge of public procurement law

-confident handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of CAD

-(VectorWorks), AVA and Adobe CS

-strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational and negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

-a high degree of independence, initiative and willingness to take responsibility

-Ability to work in a team, deal with conflict and cooperate

-Driving license class B and willingness to drive a company vehicle



Details

-Date of recruitment: with immediate effect

-Job value: EG 12 A II / 3 TVöD

-The consideration of professional experience relevant to the step duration will be decided on an individual basis

-Grouping according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD)

-Full-time (part-time possible in principle)
