* You create specifications and cost calculations and coordinate the awarding of contracts

* You coordinate planning and construction processes and always keep an eye on quality, deadlines and costs.
* When it comes to the structural implementation of your projects, you are regularly on site and act as a competent point of contact for clients, authorities and project participants.


* Your work is characterized by your in-depth technical expertise as well as your aesthetic and visual standards.

* Invoice audits and supplement management round off your tasks, as does carrying out acceptance tests and monitoring the rectification of defects.



what you are

* You have studied landscape architecture or open space planning or have successfully completed comparable training - for example as a master craftsman/technician in gardening and landscaping.
* You are fit in the areas of VOB, BGB, HOAI, DINs and standards.

* You are also familiar with Vectorworks, ORCA-AVA, Microsoft Office 365 and common graphics programs.
