Your tasks:



-Project management and execution of various new construction and conversion measures for the city's open spaces in all HOAI work phases

-Commissioning and supervision of landscape architects and construction companies as well as cost, quality and deadline controlling

-Development, planning and realization of construction projects together with other offices and users

-Supporting the planning and awarding of maintenance work

-Advisory services for the public



Your profile:



-A degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ingenieur (m/f/d) or Master / Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on landscape architecture / landscape planning
.
-You combine design and planning skills with knowledge of ecological relationships in built-up areas and the open landscape and have a technical and scientific understanding.

-You are committed, a team player, decisive and persuasive. You keep an overview in conflict situations. You are open and friendly in your dealings with people and enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility.

Remuneration in an employment relationship up to pay group 11 TVöD plus above-tariff specialist allowance if qualified
