Part-time employment with an employment level of at least 70% is generally possible.



The main focus of activity until 2030 is the green planning project support for measures of the State Garden Show 2030 including all coordination and coordination services in relation to the adjacent projects and the specialist departments involved.



Payment is made up to pay group 11 TVöD.



Your tasks:

Project planning and new construction of urban open spaces and green areas: planning, coordination, control, tendering, awarding and construction management

Participation in cross-departmental planning and projects, representation of the department in working groups, preparation of statements

Supervision of external planning services: Drafting architectural contracts, supervising landscape architects in the realization of planning contracts including coordination and agreement

Project management for the planning and construction of open spaces, taking into account the project objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines

Management of budgetary funds



Your profile:

Completed engineering studies in the field of landscape architecture, landscape conservation or landscape planning (diploma, master's degree, bachelor's degree)

sound knowledge and practical expertise in horticulture and landscaping or in a local authority are an advantage

Good knowledge of plants, especially with regard to the further development of green spaces and parks, as well as expertise in dealing with technical regulations and the principles of public procurement law

Knowledge in the field of project management of outdoor facilities

Flexibility, commitment, a sense of responsibility, organizational skills and the ability to think and act in a complex manner, the ability to cooperate and deal with conflicts as well as communication and teamwork skills
